Terms of service

Decibel Demon provides tools for uploading, organizing, generating, clipping, and playing audio in Discord communities. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location and able to comply with these terms.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the servers where you install or use the service.

You keep ownership of audio, text, and other material you submit. You give Decibel Demon the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and play that content to provide the features you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for your content. You may not upload or share content that infringes rights, violates law, or contains malware.

Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with its operation, access accounts or servers without permission, impersonate others, or use generated audio to deceive, harass, threaten, or harm people.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties.

Decibel Demon is designed to work with Discord but is not operated by Discord. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s terms and policies.

Features may depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or content controlled by those services.

The service is provided as available. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service when needed to maintain or improve it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Decibel Demon is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
